GYMNASTICS
Rhythmic gymnastics- is a sport that combines elements of ballet, gymnastics, dance, and apparatus manipulation: rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon.
BALLET
Ballet is a basic part of rhythmic gymnastics. Taking part in daily choreography exercises will help develop upright posture, arms and foot positions.
Our classes are designed to develop grace in movement, muscular strength/flexibility and build self-confidence all of which are enhanced through ballet programme.
